By downloading, installing, or using AI Career Checker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Career Checker provides informational content about how artificial intelligence may impact various job roles. The App includes AI Impact Scores, task breakdowns, skills tracking, AI prompt suggestions, and action plans across 265 jobs and 20 industries.

3. Informational Purpose Only

All content in the App is for informational purposes only. AI Impact Scores, salary data, growth projections, and recommendations are editorial estimates based on published research and should not be considered professional career advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions regarding AI's impact on any specific job role.

For personalized career guidance, consult a qualified career counselor or relevant professional.

4. Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features. Free features include AI Impact Scores, task breakdowns, skills tracking, and basic AI prompts. Premium features — including 4-week action plans, advanced prompts, prompt builder, and career transitions — are available through a one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 USD (or local equivalent).

5. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Standard EULA. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, text, graphics, and other materials in the App are the property of Bamboo Digital and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without written permission.

7. User Content

Any notes, progress data, or other content you create within the App is stored locally on your device and remains your property. We do not access, collect, or store your personal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamboo Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
